3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Placing Orders

Once an order is shipped, the risk of loss passes to you. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
4.3 Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or customs clearance issues.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Eligibility
Returns and refunds are accepted only for defective or incorrect products. Custom orders (OEM/ODM) are non-returnable unless agreed otherwise.
5.2 Return Process

5.3 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
